Throughout Mr. Lytel’s real estate career, he has acquired numerous properties from both individual investors as well as institutional owners. Mr. Lytel is a proven “closer.” He has built a solid reputation as a trusted and reliable buyer who has a record of successfully consummating every escrow transaction he has opened. As a testament to his success, Mr. Lytel has built powerful financial, personal and business relationships with brokers, investors, lenders, sellers and tenants alike.
Mr. Lytel graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Arts and Sciences, Communication and Real Estate and the University of Southern California with a Master of Real Estate Development. Mr. Lytel’s solid educational background complements his success. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona and California, a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California. He is extremely active within the real estate industry, and has taught real estate courses for the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA) and Crystal Cruises. His professional affiliations include the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI)
